Description

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer specializing in Electrical Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical systems and components through rigorous testing and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality assurance standards and measures for electrical components and systems.
Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Identify and troubleshoot issues in electrical systems and provide recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
Maintain documentation of testing procedures, results, and non-conformance reports.
Participate in audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality control processes.
Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
8-15 years of experience in QA/QC engineering, specifically in the electrical domain.
Strong knowledge of electrical testing methods and quality assurance standards.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems.
Experience with electrical inspection tools and software.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
