QA/QC ENGINEER (CIVIL) 5 years experience Previous experience in Kuwait is preferred QA/QC Engineers Job Description The QA/QC Engineers will be reporting to the Quality Manager and shall control & deliver all the QA/QC documents for the execution of the assigned portion. The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for the following. Responsible to raise Inspection Requests to KOC/PMC on time and as per the recommended procedures for construction activities Responsible for raising Inspection Requests to KOC/PMC on time and as per the recommended procedures for Equipment / Materials for Invoicing purpose. Coordination with QC Manager to ensure all the construction activities are as per Approved QA/QC Procedures Coordination with Construction Managers and Construction Engineers to ensure the quality of the construction works and timely inspection of construction works Coordination with Construction Engineers to ensure the quality of the construction works and timely inspection of the construction works Coordination with Engineering Manager to ensure the availability of Approved Design drawing, KOC/MEW Standards & Specification are available at site and all the site execution works are as per the latest approved drawings. Coordination with Engineering Manager and Construction Engineers to ensure the implementation of design changes if any. Conducting Quality & Quantity Inspection of Equipment/Materials on arrival at store. Coordination with KOC/PMC QA/QC Engineer for Quality Audits of KOC and to ensure the implementation of all the recommendations. Ensure strict adherence of Quality Procedures at all the work site and all the site offices for the complete period of the project Report QC manager to Issue NCR as applicable and follow-up for its corrective action closeout, establish/find-out trend, identify root cause and ensure the effectiveness of preventive action taken. Do quality data analysis and required improvement actions as necessary to be taken. Report monthly quality data required to Company Prepare or give assistance for the Request for Approval of Material (RAM) process Maintain Daily Inspection log Apply statistical techniques wherever possible. Maintain test results log. Prepare or give assistance for the material Overage, Shortage, Damage & Incorrect (OSDI) table preparation and maintenance (as applicable). Punch List follow up and Punch Close-out
