Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled QA Tester to join our team in Thoothukudi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Performance Testing, and Accessibility Testing. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and execute automation scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Conduct performance testing to assess system stability, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Perform accessibility testing to ensure compliance with accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG).
• Identify, record, and track bugs using standard bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in regression testing and support UAT efforts.
• Continuously improve testing strategies and frameworks.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Manual Testing techniques and test case creation
• Hands-on experience with Automation Testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit)
• Experience in Performance Testing using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
• Knowledge of Accessibility Testing guidelines (WCAG) and tools like AXE, WAVE, or NVDA
• Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and documentation skills
