Job Description

Job Title: QA Supervisor
Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: Up to ₹32,000/month
Vacancy: 1

Job Objective

To oversee product final and material inspections, ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, manage QA documentation. and handel customer complaints.

Main Tasks

Conduct required tests to confirm the quality of products (e.g., hydrotest, dimensional checks). Read and understand the drawings of spools, headers, and valve assemblies. Report proactively on any issues to the concerned department.
Maintain and retain documented information related to test protocols and ISO documentation as per the defined document retention period.
Maintain QA equipment and instruments in proper working condition and ensure periodic calibration.
Complete Third-Party Inspections in line with the approved QAP.
Maintain personal and workplace safety, and ensure discipline and professional behavior within the company.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience
Good communication skills
Proactive reporting
Analytical proficiency
