QA Specialist

You will be part of a dynamic team at startelelogic, dedicated to redefining digital transformation through cutting-edge technology, seamless user experiences, and quality-first development. As a QA Tester (Manual & Automation) with 01 year of experience, you will contribute significantly to ensuring the reliability, performance, and functionality of our software products across various domains. Your responsibilities will include performing functional, regression, and exploratory testing to maintain product stability and performance. You will be required to write and execute test cases, develop test scripts for both manual and automated testing, and collaborate closely with developers, product, and engineering teams to investigate and resolve bugs. Utilizing tools like Selenium, Postman, or similar for automation and API testing will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will participate actively in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as an integral part of the agile team. Having a basic understanding of manual testing methodologies, familiarity with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar, and good knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing are crucial requirements for this role. A clear grasp of SDLC and STLC, strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities to report, document, and discuss issues are essential. Your eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced tech environment will be valued, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
