Key Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives to achieve and exceed 

  quality KPIs

  .
• Implement and sustain 

  IATF 16949:2016

  , 

  ISO 14001:2015

  , and 

  ISO 45001:2018

   requirements across quality and environmental processes.
• Conduct 

  internal audits

   of the Quality Management System and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with the 

  engineering team

   to support 

  APQP

   and 

  new product development

   processes.
• Apply 

  core quality tools

  : 

  SPC, MSA, PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Chart (PFC)

  .
• Champion continuous improvement culture to enhance process capability and product reliability.
• Maintain complete compliance documentation for all quality management standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in the 

  forging industry

   with hands-on QMS implementation.
• Strong knowledge of 

  IATF 16949:2016

  , 

  ISO 14001:2015

  , 

  ISO 45001:2018

  .
• Proficiency in 

  core quality tools

   and APQP methodology.
• Skilled in conducting audits, problem-solving, and driving corrective actions.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
