Job Description

Description

We are seeking a skilled QA QC Inspector to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications through rigorous inspection and testing processes.

Responsibilities

Conducting inspections and tests on materials, components, and products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Documenting inspection results and preparing reports for management and stakeholders.
Identifying non-conformance issues and collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions.
Developing and updating quality control procedures and guidelines.
Participating in internal and external audits as required.
Training and mentoring junior quality control staff on inspection processes and standards.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control inspection in manufacturing or construction industries.
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Familiarity with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
Proficient in the use of inspection tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
