Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) operations. • Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO and other food safety standards. • Conduct inspections, internal audits, and laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods. • Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and records as per regulatory and company requirements. • Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices across the factory. • Train and guide production and quality staff on food safety protocols. • Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues effectively. Qualification & Experience • B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology (mandatory) • Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC at a food manufacturing unit (same or similar role).
