We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior works for both residential and commercial projects. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth site operations, adherence to design specifications, and timely delivery of high-quality interiors. The candidate must flexible and willing to travel to various outstation projects sites as per work requirement. Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out works on residential and commercial projects. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure seamless execution. Monitor progress, maintain daily site reports, and escalate issues affecting timelines or quality. Verify material deliveries and usage as per project requirements. Ensure safety protocols and compliance with site regulations are maintained at all times. Resolve on-site challenges and provide practical solutions to ensure uninterrupted workflow. Conduct site inspections and quality checks at various stages of execution. Manage workforce productivity and ensure proper allocation of resources. Act as the primary point of contact between the office team and on-site execution teams.
