* API testing (Postman), front-end testing using automated frameworks / selenium.
* Understanding of process design and API flows, comparing frontend input with backend / billing output.
* Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test cases
* Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
* Collaborate with development teams to understand features and technical implementation
* Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools (jira)
* Create and maintain test documentation (test plans, test reports, checklists)
* Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a quality perspective
* Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes
* Ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle
* Assist with setting up and maintaining QA environments and testing tools
