QA Playwright Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain automation frameworks using

  Selenium

  ,

  Cypress

  , and

  Playwright

  for web UI testing.
• Automate functional, regression, smoke, and sanity test suites—ensuring robust test coverage.
• Develop clean, maintainable automation scripts using JavaScript/TypeScript (or Java)
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Troubleshoot flaky tests, debug failures, and improve reliability and execution speed.
• Collaborate with product, development, and DevOps teams on early testing and quality metrics.

Eligibility:

• 4+ years in QA automation, beginning with

  Selenium WebDriver

  , evolving to modern JavaScript-based frameworks like

  Cypress

  and

  Playwright.

• Proficient coding skills in JavaScript or TypeScript; Java knowledge a plus (for Selenium or API automation).
• Experience designing automation frameworks and selecting tools based on project needs
• Hands-on CI/CD integration for automated test pipelines.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, executing functional and API test cases.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work in Agile environments.
