Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Establish Monthly QA MIS

Plan reviews, Monthly Action register followups

Monthly QA KPI monitoring, dashboard prepration, trend analysis

Establish Digitalisation for QA dept. and support in implementation and execution

Monthly data analytics of QA departments and monitor trends (Increasing or decreasing anonamlies)

Organise and support QA VP Calander for meetings and appointments (Internal / External)

Monitor People Development plan for QA - Training Needs Vs Exceution, People development, Hiring MIS

Support in QA Capex, Revex, Budget planning and control
