Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead with expertise in test designing, planning, and developing automation suites for cloud-based applications and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, product managers, and developers, to deliver robust and efficient solutions that meet both business and technical requirements. Banking experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare test planning and test strategy to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Manage team deliverables and oversee project timelines, particularly for offshore teams.
• Develop and maintain automation test suites, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Work closely with the development team to align testing efforts with API testing requirements.
• Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in testing and quality assurance.

Mandatory Skills:

• REST Assured
• JavaScript (Advanced)
• NodeJS (Advanced)
• Java (Spring Boot) (Intermediate)
• API Design (Intermediate)
• Package Management (Advanced)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the Payments domain

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on automation and cloud-based applications.
• Proven track record of leading QA teams and managing complex projects.
