Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Manager IC, located in Indore. The QA Manager IC will oversee the quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control processes, supervising QA team activities, conducting audits, and ensuring product and process improvements. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to achieve the highest standards in quality management.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance and quality control processes with a strong understanding of testing methods and procedures
• Proficiency in developing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and implementing process improvements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective leadership and team management abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
• Familiarity with semiconductor components or related domains is a significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Certifications such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or equivalent are a plus
