QA Lead/QA Analyst(Manual Testing – Finance Domain)

Role : Manual Tester

Location: Initial Posting in Kollam (3 Months), Then Shift to Ernakulam/Kochi

Eligibility: Candidates based in Kerala only.

Job Overview

We are hiring for both QA Lead and QA Analyst positions to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in Manual Testing, a strong understanding of QA processes, and preferably experience in the Finance domain. This is a full-time, permanent role with an initial work location in Kollam, shifting to Ernakulam after three months.

QA Lead Responsibilities

• Oversee the QA lifecycle, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Define test strategies, ensure test coverage, and monitor QA metrics.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality releases.
• Escalate issues and risks as necessary to project stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of overall QA experience, including min 2–4 years in a QA Lead role.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Manual testing expertise, with a preference for Finance domain knowledge.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

QA Analyst Responsibilities

• Create and execute manual test cases based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, report, and track bugs using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure high product quality.
• Maintain test documentation and share testing reports.

Required Skills:

• 2- 5 years of experience in Manual Testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC/STLC.
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Finance domain experience is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
