Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies for AI-powered applications and digital platforms
• Design, automate, and execute test cases for both frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless CI/CD integration
• Validate machine learning models for performance, accuracy, bias, and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and testing objectives
• Conduct regression, load, and stress testing to guarantee system stability
• Track, document, and manage defects, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
• Continuously refine testing processes and introduce automation to improve speed and reliability
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4-8 years of professional experience in QA or software testing, ideally within AI-driven or data-centric environments
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, automation tools, and QA frameworks
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
• Experience with tools like Selenium, PyTest, Cypress, Postman, or similar
• Familiarity with the machine learning lifecycle — from data validation to model evaluation
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• Passionate about building reliable, high-quality AI systems that make a positive impact
