Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive QA Lead Automation Testing with over 10 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to drive the quality of our software products through automation and process excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end test automation strategy and execution across multiple projects. Architect, design, and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing. Mentor and guide QA team members, providing technical leadership and ensuring best practices are followed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, DevOps, and product management to align testing efforts with business goals. Establish and monitor QA metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps. Drive automation coverage for regression, smoke, and sanity testing in agile environments. Manage defect tracking, risk assessment, and issue resolution processes. Stay current with industry trends and emerging tools in test automation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of total QA experience, with a strong focus on automation in the last 5+ years. Expert-level proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, etc. Hands-on experience in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#). Strong understanding of API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured. Experience in performance and load testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, etc. is a plus. Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing QA in a fast-paced development environment. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Certifications (Optional): ISTQB Advanced Level / Certified Test Automation Engineer Certified Agile Tester or equivalent
