Lead QA efforts across projects including test planning, execution, and reporting
Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables
Perform root cause analysis for production issues and provide corrective action plans
Maintain and update test documentation including test plans, test cases, and bug reports
Drive continuous improvements in QA processes and tools
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in both manual and automation practices
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 4+ years of QA experience, including:
Experience in using tools like JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
