QA Lead

NTT DATA is looking for an exceptional QA Lead to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for documenting and executing high-quality test plans, analyzing requirements, creating test scripts, executing and reviewing test scripts, identifying defects, and ensuring defects are raised correctly and in a timely manner using JIRA. You should have good knowledge of Splunk, extensive experience in mobile banking, microservices, and APIs. In addition to the technical responsibilities, you will lead defect triage discussions, contribute to Agile deliveries, work with the Automation QA team, contribute to reporting, work closely with development and business teams, escalate risks and issues, support in developing project plans, assist in User Acceptance Testing, and deliver projects within agreed timelines. You may also have to deputize for the QA Lead or QA Manager when necessary. The ideal candidate should have the ability to quickly learn and become proficiently knowledgeable about client applications, experience in testing complex applications, knowledge of test tools and industry best practices, experience working in an Agile environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the Financial Services/Banking Industry, planning, estimating, and delivering projects, and the ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment are also essential. Qualifications for this role include 5-7 years of functional test experience, a Computer Science or IT-related Degree/Diploma, and an ISTQB certification in Software Testing.
