Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA - International Voice professional to join our team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call audit, quality check, and international voice process, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough call audits to ensure quality and compliance with international voice process standards.
Perform quality checks on calls to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Monitor calls to ensure adherence to international voice process guidelines and standards.
Collaborate with team members to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall call quality.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

4-8 years of experience in a QA - International Voice role or similar position.
Strong knowledge of international voice process and quality check procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
