QA Head FMCG

• Lead the Quality Assurance department across both locations, ensuring compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, and GMP standards.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems for raw materials, in-process checks, and finished goods.
• Conduct internal audits, prepare for external inspections, and ensure timely closure of non-conformities.
• Collaborate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality issues and improve product consistency.
• Maintain and update SOPs, quality manuals, and documentation as per regulatory and customer requirements.
• Train and mentor QA/QC staff on food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and best practices.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure ingredient quality and traceability.
• Analyze customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
• Proven experience in food-grade QA systems, preferably in FMCG or food processing units.
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and quality reporting tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
