Job Description

We are looking for a skilled QA Executive to join our team in the Agro Chemical Industry in Saykha, Bharuch, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and a strong background in quality assurance.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality products.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in an Agro Chemical Industry is preferred.
