Education, Skills, Experience:
1. 4+ years of QA/testing experience in wireless systems, particularly 4G LTE and 5G NR.2. Good understanding of RF conformance (Spectrum Emission, RF Tx/Rx performance, Power Level etc).3. Hands-on experience with RF equipment:Signal Generators (e.g., R&S, Keysight)Spectrum/Signal Analyzer4. Mobile test tools (e.g., QXDM, TEMS)5. Proficient in test automation using scripting languages or frameworks (Python, Java, Robot Framework, etc.).6. Understanding of RF fundamentals and coverage principles.7. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards including FCC Part 15/22/24, UL, CE, and similarcertifications.8. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.9. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
