QA Engineer

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer, you play a crucial role in ensuring that products, systems, or services meet established quality standards such as reliability, usability, and performance. Your responsibilities include: - Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and automated scripts based on product requirements. - Identifying, logging, and tracking bugs or quality issues and collaborating with development/engineering teams for resolution. - Reviewing technical documents to ensure clear and testable requirements. - Conducting various types of testing including functional, regression, performance, and system integration. - Ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, or sector-specific guidelines. - Implementing quality assurance best practices throughout the product lifecycle. - Supporting internal and external audits, assisting in root cause analysis, and corrective actions. - Participating in the continuous improvement of QA methodologies, tools, and systems. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality. - Preparing and presenting detailed reports on testing results and quality metrics to stakeholders.
