QA Roles & Responsibilities: Test Planning & Strategy: Define testing objectives and create strategies based on project needs.Early Testing & Execution: Conduct early testing and execute tests using automation or manual methods.Defect Management: Analyze, troubleshoot, and report defects, collaborating with developers for fixes.Progress & Reporting: Provide regular test progress updates and prepare test summary reports.Collaboration: Work closely with BAs, PMs, developers, and clients.Performance & Security Testing: Ensure efficient operations and identify security vulnerabilities.Test Management: Oversee the entire testing process with appropriate tools.
