QA Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with proficiency in manual and automation testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The perfect candidate will collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to establish and execute comprehensive testing strategies. In terms of manual testing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate functionality, usability, and performance. You will also need to identify, document, and monitor software defects using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. Additionally, performing regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing will be part of your role. For automation testing, you will be required to design and execute automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar. You will also need to maintain and improve existing automation frameworks and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab). Collaborating with developers and product managers to ensure software aligns with business and technical requirements is essential. You will also need to conduct root cause analysis and contribute to issue resolution during testing. Ensuring all test environments are well-maintained and operating optimally is crucial. It is important to stay informed about the latest testing methodologies, tools, and trends to enhance testing efficiency.
