QA Engineer

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong experience in Quality Assurance processes and a background in the US banking domain . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JIRA , and exposure to AI technologies and automation testing using C# with Selenium is a strong plus. Shift Timing : 2 PM to 11 PM Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on business and functional requirements. Ensure the quality and reliability of software systems in the US banking/financial services domain . Work closely with developers, BAs, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality products. Defect management and reporting using JIRA . Collaborate with the automation team or contribute directly to automation testing (C# Selenium). Leverage AI-based tools or techniques (if applicable) to enhance QA processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in QA or software testing roles. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with JIRA for defect tracking and project management. Proven experience in the US banking or financial services domain . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Preferred skills: Experience or familiarity with AI technologies or tools relevant to QA. Exposure to or hands-on with automation testing using C# and Selenium . Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
