Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and quality standards throughout the SDLC.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good to Have
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test execution in DevOps environments.
Salesforce QA or related certifications.
