Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Selenium to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and manual QA to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.
• Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing as required.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to QA best practices.
• Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements in the QA lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation with Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, or similar).
• Knowledge of build and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git).
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
