QA Engineer

We are seeking a QA Engineer with expertise in automation and conversational AI testing to ensure the quality and performance of our web applications and AI agents. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in QA fundamentals, proficiency in Selenium, and experience in testing conversational AI systems, contributing to the development of reliable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium for web applications
• Test conversational AI agents, focusing on prompt evaluation and response accuracy
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to identify issues early
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the SDLC
• Maintain and update automation frameworks and test cases as needed
• Document test results, report defects, and track issues to resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and tools

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of QA principles and software testing methodologies
• Proven expertise in Selenium for web application automation testing
• Experience testing conversational AI agents, including prompt evaluation and response accuracy
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and test cases
• Hands-on experience with functional, regression, and integration testing
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with development teams across the SDLC

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with other automation tools and frameworks
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts related to conversational agents
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Understanding of cloud-based testing environments
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
