Key Responsibilities:

• Test Automation:

  Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using

  Selenium

  for functional and regression testing.

• API Testing (Manual & Automation):

  Utilize and automate

  API testing tools

  such as

  SOAPUI, Postman, or equivalent

  , to build comprehensive test scenarios and acceptance tests.

• RESTful API Automation:

  Develop robust

  RESTful API automation

  solutions, particularly with JSON or XML payloads.

• Database Testing:

  Work extensively with

  SQL Queries

  to perform data validation, integrity checks, and backend testing.

• CI/CD Integration:

  Integrate automated tests into

  CI/CD pipelines

  using tools like

  Jenkins and Azure DevOps

  , ensuring efficient and continuous test execution.

• Development Tools Proficiency:

  Be proficient with developer tools and IDEs, such as

  Eclipse and Git/GitHub

  , for working on a .Net stack (understanding of the environment).

• QA Process & Methodologies:

  Adhere to and champion QA processes and methodologies throughout the testing lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Total Years of Experience:

  7+ years in Quality Engineering.

• Relevant Years of Experience:

  5+ years in the specific skills listed below.

• Mandatory Skills: Test Automation using Selenium.

• Experience in

  CI/CD environment (Jenkins and Azure DevOps)

  for executing automated tests.

• API Testing automation

  (with tools like SOAPUI, Postman, or equivalent).
• Strong proficiency in

  SQL

  .

• API Automation Specifics:

  4+ years developing RESTful API automation with JSON or XML.

• Database Experience:

  4+ years working on SQL Queries.

• Development Environment:

  Proficient with developer tools and IDEs like Eclipse and Git/GitHub, particularly for a .Net stack.

Additional Information:

• Approx. Vendor Billing Rate (excluding service tax):

  Not to exceed INR 8,500 per day.

• Background Check:

  Pre-onboarding.

• Shift:

  No specific shift work outside of standard daylight hours.
