Job Description

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years experience in the field of software quality assurance including testautomation
Willingness to learn new automation frameworks and tools to support test automation
Knowledge of design and programming skills
Knowledge of programming languages and process management methodology
Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools
Good understanding of a programming language such as Python / JavaScript / Java/ Ruby
Good understanding of Testing frameworks/tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG,Postman
Understanding of Continuous Integration and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, Maven
Good debugging skills
The ability to recognize risks and errors in an application
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical/critical thinking skills
Good time management and organizational skills
The ability to keep current with the constantly changing technology industry
A passion for testing, development, and design
Strong communication skills to guide, influence and convince others
Strong presence and confidence when presenting status updates and project details; courage to influence and push back as necessary
