Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a role in the Quality Assurance (QA) Department at our Rajkot Taluka facility. The selected candidate will oversee and implement quality control measures, ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), manage quality assurance processes, and conduct quality audits. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to maintain and enhance product quality standards and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include monitoring production activities, reviewing and documenting processes and procedures, and contributing to the continual improvement of the quality management system.

QA Head - B.Sc. / M.Sc. - Minimum 12 Years

QA Assistant Manager - B.Sc. / M.Sc. - Minimum 8 Years

QA Executive - B.Sc. / M.Sc. - Minimum 5 Years

QA Officer - B.Sc. / M.Sc. - Fresher / Up to 1 Year

Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a Relevant Scientific Discipline
• Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management processes
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and regulatory compliance
• Experience in Quality Auditing and implementing quality improvement measures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
• Experience in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficacy in production
