QA Automation Engineer Playwright (TypeScript)- Contract(6 months) Experience: 5-7 Years Shift timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Interview - (2 Technical) Client Round: Yes Notice Period: Immediate Location: Hyderabad (Office) Work Mode: Hybrid Please find below the JD for your reference: Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable automated test scripts using Playwright with TypeScript Perform end-to-end web application testing to ensure functionality, performance, and stability Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Collaborate with developers, BAs, and QA team members to ensure test coverage and high-quality deliverables Manage test repositories and code versioning using GitHub Log and track defects, and work closely with the development team for resolution Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to test strategy and planning Maintain and improve test automation framework and documentation Requirements / Specifications Required Skills: 5–7 years of experience in QA automation Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript Experience with web application testing Knowledge of Jenkins for CI/CD integration Familiarity with GitHub for source control and code collaboration Solid understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and agile processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good to Have: Exposure to Conga CPQ and/or CLM platforms Experience with testing REST APIs Understanding of performance testing concepts Experience with test reporting tools or dashboards Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities : Lead the development of QA automation frameworks using Selenium, Rest Assured, Python, and BDD Cucumber. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop test plans for ETL testing projects. Design and implement automated tests for REST APIs using REST Assured to ensure data integrity. Develop high-quality test cases that meet business requirements and provide detailed reports on defects found during testing. Job Requirements : 5-9 years of experience in QA Automation with expertise in Selenium, Rest API testing, and BDD Cucumber. Strong understanding of Python programming language and its application in automation testing. Experience with ETL testing tools such as Rest Assured or similar technologies.
