QA Analyst

The IT Quality Analyst 2 role is ideal for a developing professional who possesses specialty knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data. You will be responsible for identifying policy gaps, formulating policies, interpreting data, making recommendations, and researching factual information. By identifying inconsistencies in data, defining business issues, and formulating recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices, you will play a crucial role in integrating disciplinary knowledge within your specialty area with a basic understanding of related industry practices. Your impact on the business will be limited but direct, focusing on the quality of tasks/services provided within your team. Responsibilities: - Utilize Test Automation skills using Selenium for framework maintenance, Optimization, Strategizing, Planning, and Test Execution. - Demonstrate expertise in testing tools such as Selenium, BDD, Cucumber, with a solid understanding of Java - OOPS concepts. - Document findings, prepare nonconformance reports, and track nonconformance items to ensure resolution before project deployment. - Develop and maintain testing verification matrices and report on quality metrics. - Ensure traceability in project work products and exhibit a good understanding of procedures and concepts within your technical area. - Make evaluative judgments based on factual information, identify solutions, and resolve problems guided by technical experience and precedents. - Exchange ideas and information effectively, recognizing audience diversity. - Perform assigned duties and functions efficiently. - Assess risks in business decisions, safeguarding the firm's reputation, clients, and assets by driving compliance with laws, rules, and regulations. Qualifications: - 2-5 years of Quality Assurance experience preferred. - Proficiency in Test Automation using Selenium for framework maintenance, Optimization, Strategizing, Planning, and Test Execution. - Strong expertise in testing tools like Selenium, BDD, Cucumber, with a good grasp of Java - OOPS concepts. - Experience in Test Automation testing frameworks like TestNg, Junit. - Familiarity with an OOP language like Java, Python. - Exposure to version control tools like GIT/SVN and CI/CD tools like Jenkins. - Experience in webservice Automation using Rest Assured/Postman or any other open-source tool.
