Job Description

We’re looking for a seasoned Python Django Developer to architect scalable web applications, lead development teams and ensure high-quality delivery. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, drive best practices and mentor developers. Duties & Responsibilities : - End-to-end Django project development Design scalable back ends & REST APIs Conduct code reviews & mentor team members Collaborate with product, design and QA teams Ensure CI/CD, Testing and performance optimization Stay updated on tech trends Requirements :- Strong with Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Fast API & FLASK is a plus Good grasp of frontend tech (HTML, CSS, JS; React/Angular a plus) Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD and cloud platforms Excellent leadership, problem-solving & communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work from home Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Candidates Location Preference : Kerala Experience: Leadership: 1 year (Preferred) Python Django Developer: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
