Python/Django Developer

We are currently seeking a Python Backend Developer with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience who can join us immediately or within the next three to four weeks. As a Python Backend Developer, you will be responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and users. Your primary focus will be developing server-side logic to ensure high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. Additionally, you will integrate front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application, requiring a basic understanding of front-end technologies.

To be considered for this role, you should be an expert in Python and have knowledge of at least one web framework such as Django or Flask. You should also have familiarity with some ORM libraries, the ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system, and an understanding of threading limitations and multi-process architecture.

Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of front-end technologies and server-side templating languages like Jinja 2 and Mako. Knowledge of user authentication and authorization, accessibility and security compliances, and event-driven programming in Python is also important.

Furthermore, you should be able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes and have strong unit test and debugging skills. Proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git, Bitbucket, or SVN is also expected.
