We are looking for a passionate Python Trainer cum Developer to train students and junior developers while also working on real-world development projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who have a strong grasp of Python and an interest in both teaching and development.
Key Responsibilities
Training Responsibilities:
Conduct Python training sessions for beginners and intermediate learners.
Design course materials, coding exercises, and assignments.
Guide students through hands-on projects and coding challenges.
Assist in resolving students’ technical queries.
Stay updated with the latest Python trends and advancements.
Development Responsibilities:
Work on Python-based development projects.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient Python code.
Collaborate with the team to develop, test, and deploy applications.
Debug and fix issues in existing codebases.
Contribute to documentation and best coding practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree .
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of Python (syntax, OOP, modules, etc.).
Experience with Django/Flask
Knowledge of databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL
Understanding of APIs
Basic front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.
Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience as a trainer or tutor (even informal teaching experience counts).
Hands-on experience with small Python projects.
Certifications in Python (if any) will be an added advantage.
