Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Python Programming Mentor with strong hands-on expertise in core and advanced Python, including OOP, data structures, file handling, python libraries, basics of MySQL The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering live mentoring sessions, reviewing code, guiding real-world projects, and supporting learners through hands-on problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Mentor learners on Python fundamentals, advanced topics, and practical applications. Conduct live sessions, code walkthroughs, and 1:1 doubt-clearing interactions. Guide learners through mini-projects and real-world capstone projects. Review code submissions and provide constructive feedback. Promote coding best practices, testing (PyTest/unittest), and Git workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of combined professional experience in industry projects and corporate training. Proven Industry Experience in contributing to or leading software development in enterprise projects using Python programming Proficiency in Python, OOP, MySQL, and unit testing. Strong communication and mentoring skills. Experience with data analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy) Nice to Have: 2+ years of corporate training or mentoring experience. Experience with Python for ML.
