Python Lead Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for determining and managing the technical infrastructure and frameworks to deliver robust, secure, and reliable web applications and web services. This includes defining project scope, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and timelines. You will lead a team of Web Developers, provide guidance on technical issues, design and develop front-end and back-end web architecture, create user interactions on web pages, develop web APIs, and configure servers and databases. Additionally, you will ensure that project documentations and reports are complete, current, and stored appropriately. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stay up-to-date with industry developments. Your role will also involve taking care of all current and future Python projects. Key Responsibilities: - Determine and manage the technical infrastructure and frameworks for web applications and web services - Define project scope, tasks, deliverables, dependencies, resources, and timelines - Lead a team of Web Developers and provide guidance on technical issues - Design and develop front-end and back-end web architecture - Create user interactions on web pages - Develop web APIs and configure servers and databases - Ensure project documentations and reports are complete, current, and stored appropriately - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients - Stay up-to-date with industry developments - Take care of all current and future Python projects Qualifications Required: - B.Tech or MCA - Around 5 to 12 years of experience in Web Development in Python/Django using MongoDB - Experience in Manufacturing related projects (added advantage) - Experience in Team Management of at least 2 junior Developers is mandatory - Experience in coordinating with clients on the status of projects - Experience in Project Management is an added advantage - Experience in HTML/CSS/JS/ReactJS/Elastic Search/Logstash/Kibana is an added advantage,
