Python FastAPI Developer (GenAI Tech Stack)

We are looking for a highly skilled Python FastAPI Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable backend applications, RESTful APIs, and integrating Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, FastAPI framework, cloud-native solutions, and modern AI/ML integration..

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance FastAPI-based microservices and APIs.
• Integrate GenAI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex, etc.) into enterprise applications.
• Build end-to-end pipelines for prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and deployment.
• Implement vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, Milvus, etc.) for semantic search and

retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Work on LLM integration (chatbots, summarisation, document intelligence, code assistants, etc.).
• Collaborate with frontend, AI/ML, and DevOps teams to deliver full-stack AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance optimization of backend services.
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in GenAI, NLP, and backend technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
• Strong expertise in FastAPI / Flask / Django (with preference to FastAPI).
• Proven experience with Generative AI frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face

Transformers, LlamaIndex.

• Experience with prompt engineering and building AI-driven APIs.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, etc.).
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and async programming in Python.
• Proficiency with SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.).
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and performance optimization expertise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
