We are seeking experienced Python engineers to join our dynamic team working in collaboration with a top-tier Large Language Model (LLM) company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the advancement of AI models by generating, evaluating, and refining high-quality datasets used for training and benchmarking. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing prompts, analyzing model outputs, and providing insightful feedback that guides model improvementswithout the need to train or build the models yourself. Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in Python development, demonstrating a strong foundation in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code. A solid understanding of testing methodologies, debugging techniques, asynchronous programming, and software best practices is essential. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prior experience working with AI or machine learning datasets, prompt engineering, or model evaluation will be considered a plus.Responsibilities
As a Python Engineer in this role, your core responsibilities will include developing and maintaining high-quality Python code tailored for AI training and evaluation processes. You will evaluate and compare responses generated by language models as part of reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), ensuring models align with desired behaviors. Creating and refining datasets for supervised fine-tuning (SFT) will be a key task, alongside developing reasoning-based feedback mechanisms to enhance model accuracy and alignment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsincluding data scientists, researchers, and product managersto ensure the integrity and quality of data and evaluations.
