About The Role Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters ? ? ? Key Responsibilities Model Deployment & TestingDeploy AI/ML models to development and production environments, ensuring functionality and performance. Model OptimizationEvaluate and size models appropriately to optimize performance and resource utilization. Custom Framework DevelopmentBuild custom frameworks for models that are not supported by existing deployment frameworks. Error Debugging & MonitoringIdentify and troubleshoot 4xx/5xx errors using Splunk and database logs. Performance MonitoringUtilize Grafana to monitor GPU usage, serving metrics, and request processing performance. Customer SupportCollaborate with customers to resolve serving and latency issues. CI/CD & Kubernetes: o Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. o Deploy models in Kubernetes environments. Storage & InfrastructureCreate and manage Persistent Volume Claims (PVCs) for efficient storage management. Microservices ArchitectureWork within a microservices-based environment, ensuring seamless integration and scalability. Automation & Framework DevelopmentAutomate processes and develop new frameworks to improve deployment efficiency. Performance TestingConduct performance testing to ensure models meet latency and throughput requirements. Team Leadership & Individual ContributionCapable of leading a team while also working independently on critical tasks. Mandatory Skills Python, APIs, AI/ML, CI/CD and Kubernetes ?
