Min Experience: 3 yearsJobType: full-times a Python Developer, you will play a key role in building intelligent, scalable, and high-performance backend systems that power AI-driven applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with modern frameworks, integrating AI/LLM workflows, and developing clean, well-structured APIs. You will work with teams across engineering, data, and product to develop backend components, orchestrate data workflows, and build solutions that deliver exceptional performance and reliability.Your work will directly support the creation and enhancement of AI-enabled products, using technologies like FastAPI and LangChain to design robust services that connect models, tools, and data pipelines.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Build clean, well-documented REST APIs and microservices that integrate seamlessly across systems
• Implement asynchronous workflows, background tasks, and high-performance endpoints
  

AI & LLM Integration

• Work with LangChain to develop agent workflows, tool integrations, prompt pipelines, and retrieval-augmented applications
• Implement modular AI components such as embeddings, vector search, retrieval strategies, and prompt orchestration
• Collaborate with ML teams to integrate AI models into production environments
  

Systems Architecture

• Contribute to backend architecture decisions aimed at improving scalability, speed, and reliability
• Ensure secure handling of data, optimized API response times, and efficient resource usage
• Support the design of modular, reusable code libraries for internal product teams
  

Automation & Optimization

• Create automation scripts to streamline data ingestion, model execution, testing, and deployment workflows
• Implement caching, rate-limiting, and optimization strategies for high-traffic systems
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and enhance overall stability
  

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions
• Ensure high-quality code delivery through testing, documentation, and CI/CD best practices
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Python and API development
• Strong proficiency in FastAPI, asynchronous programming, and backend system design
• Experience working with LangChain, LLM pipelines, or AI workflow orchestration
• Solid understanding of API architecture, microservices, and cloud-based deployment environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build scalable, efficient backend systems
• You thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and enjoy working across engineering and product teams
