We value clean code, scalable architecture, and creative problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI). Design and manage databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL) efficiently with optimized queries. Build and integrate RESTful APIs & third-party services. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices. Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and testers to deliver high-quality products. Work with Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python (preferably Django). Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORMs. Experience with APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture. Familiarity with Linux servers, cloud deployment (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar). Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
