Role Overview: As a Python Developer at our company, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on innovative AI-driven solutions, scalable backend systems, and cutting-edge agent-based architectures. You will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining Python-based backend services and APIs. Additionally, you will collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate ML/AI models into production-ready systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of backend applications. Stay updated with the latest AI and Python ecosystem trends to contribute to the next-generation applications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, optimize, and maintain Python-based backend services and APIs. - Work on agentic AI systems including autonomous agents, workflows, and integrations with AI models. - Implement, test, and deploy AI-powered features such as LLMs, NLP, Generative AI. - Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate ML/AI models into production-ready systems. - Ensure scalability, security, and performance of backend applications. - Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues. - Stay updated with the latest AI and Python ecosystem trends. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development (backend & APIs). - Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms. - Experience with AI services, agentic AI frameworks, or LLM integration (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, RAG, etc.). - Knowledge of backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems. - Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL). - Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). - Good problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
