Job Description

Required Skills & QualificationsStrong proficiency in Python (3.x) and hands-on experience with frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI. Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). Experience with pandas, NumPy, or automation libraries. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control tools like Git. Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux-based environments is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in BPO / process automation / workflow management tools. Understanding of RPA, AI/ML integration, or chatbots. Knowledge of task scheduling tools (Celery, Airflow, Cron).
