Job Title: Python Developer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer with strong expertise in backend development, cloud technologies, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in working with databases, version control systems, and scripting languages, along with exposure to cloud platforms and data handling using XML/XSLT.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable applications using Python.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Work on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and other cloud-based solutions for deployment and scaling.
• Manage and optimize relational and non-relational databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement best practices for Git-based version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Write scripts in Perl and perform data transformations using XML/XSLT.
• Ensure application security, performance, and reliability on Linux environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.

Key Skills Required

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong experience with Cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred).
• Proficiency with Git for version control and collaboration.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
• Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems.
• Working knowledge of Perl scripting.
• Strong experience in XML and XSLT transformations.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
• Good to Have:
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of professional experience in Python development and related technologies.
