📢 Job Title: Telesales Executive (CareerForge Mentorship Sales) 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Internship 💰 Salary: Fixed + Attractive Incentives 🎯 About the Role:We are looking for energetic Telesales Executives who are passionate about helping students and freshers shape their careers. You will be responsible for calling leads, explaining our ₹2999 mentorship program, and converting them into paid customers. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up with student/jobseeker leads provided by the company Explain CareerForge’s mentorship offerings (resume, LinkedIn, HR support, freelancing help) Build trust and rapport with candidates using provided scripts Share payment link or assist with onboarding steps Maintain call logs and CRM entries daily Meet weekly conversion targets and report to Team Lead ✅ Requirements:Good communication skills in Hindi, Telugu, or English Ability to explain clearly over the phone and handle objections Basic computer and WhatsApp usage Confidence, patience, and positive attitude Fresher or experienced both can apply 💡 Preferred But Not Mandatory:Experience in BPO / Edtech / Sales calling Understanding of resumes, LinkedIn, or digital marketing (will be trained) 🎁 What You Get:Complete sales training & call script Fixed base stipend + weekly performance incentives Career growth to Team Leader role Work from home flexibility Certificate of experience (for interns)
