Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Understand client requirements and tailor IT solutions that meet their business needs. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos to prospective clients. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and customer loyalty. Act as a point of contact for customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities. Market & Product Knowledge Stay updated with trends in the IT industry, including software, cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s portfolio, including technical aspects, benefits, and competitive advantages. Collaboration & Reporting Coordinate with internal teams including technical, marketing, and support to ensure smooth delivery of solutions. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as defined by the sales leadership. Maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems and prepare periodic sales reports.
